As you know, I haven't had a steady beau for over three lonely miserable "I gotta please myself" years. Sure, I swim in the Craigslist waters and drink from the lonely cup of vodka, tonic and toxic relationships but compatibility is hard to find, at least for me. I thought living la vida Gay was hard, but to my surprise, the straight life isn't an apple martini either--or is it?
Alisa Bowman, is the blogger behind Project Happily Ever After and according to her, "...Life After “I Do” Isn’t Always So Charming...". Alisa doesn't hold back--she tells it like it is like her post on Think him dead, bring life to your marriage or her piece that made me an instant fan, How a Bikini Wax Saved My Sex Life--where she revealed that a wax shaped her "wooly front side into the sensual picture of a martini glass," talk about Man vs. the WILD!
I touched based with Alisa (through facebook) after reading her piece and Miss Thang was as charming as a Georgia peach high on life, love, and wax. So if you want advice on relationships, Alisa and her blog, Project Happily Ever After is where to go.
Now, even though I'm not married or in a relationship, I dig her writing but most of all her approach on life and relationships. I just hope I have enough time to get a wax by 9pm tonight--in the time it took to write this blog, I managed to snag a date for tonight! I heart Craigslist and of course--Alisa Bowman.
