You know how is it… Your lunch break hour is nearly over by the time you get out of your Wall Street cubicle; you’ve been redoing that excel chart multiple times since the morning, because your boss is especially grumpy today. You step out of your office building only to find out that the rain is not falling, it’s spraying from all the possible directions at you and your company umbrella is as useful as a vacuum cleaner at a beach. You frown your nose, put all the healthy eating resolutions on hold and just melt in the crowd flowing into the subway sandwich place across the street.
Let’s face it… Today at Wall Street kinda sucks. And I won’t help you with the damn excel chart, but I can promise you, the burden of the corporate and weather gloominess will feel much lighter if you carry it in a stylish Burberry handbag. Put on a thin tie and carefully combine the shades of purple just like Stefan does. Well, one could argue that it’s easier for him… He’s an Englishman in New York, a brit punk boy in a Wall Street disguise, and moreover he has a cute accent. I agree. But what I am trying to say here is that the fact that you work on Wall Street doesn’t necessarily have to mean farewell to your uniqueness and individuality. A couple of details such as colors, accessories or a hair style can make wonders and you will certainly stand out in the army of black suits.Friday Fashion Tip: All you corporate guys, this one is for you. So sit down, relax your hand holding the mouse as if it was alive and read carefully. Get a thin tie!! Now! Why? Because you will rock Wall Street!
