Life Karma Points

Keep Karma

With 2013 here, there is lots of resolution-talk; weight loss, saving money, eating more magnesium-based foods (okay, so the last one was a Dr. Oz show topic, but it's something we should all be aware of). And having those goals are great because it gives you something to work towards, personal improvement to celebrate, but what's not being discussed is how the new you in the new year will help others.

Don't get me wrong, with so many tragedies in 2012, many of you did amazing things, like donate money, give food, bought gifts for children in need--and that's great. But why not do something on a monthly basis that will bring a smile to some who need it--just once a month.

Get the receptionist a work a cupcake--unless she's gluten-free, then you can throw a sack of gummy bears on her desk, the point being, to create some man-made sunshine in someone's life...once a month, do the math, that's 12 times this year you'll get that fuzzy warm feeling.

When you give of yourself, it manifests back into your life in ways you couldn't imagine. Think of it as Life Karma Points

And since it's only the 2nd day in January, you have plenty of time to work it out. And I will even give you a little help below.
